My husband and I are new to the area and looked at MANY apartments, but kept coming back to Baymeadows!! The office staff are amazing and made us feel very welcome from day 1!! They are very helpful and answered all of our questions! The apartment community is great and we look forward to making it our home!!

Village of Baymeadows is everything we hoped it would be. Great atmosphere and the employees are all very nice and respectful. My family and I are grateful to call this place our home. Beautiful pools and playgrounds. Apartments stay cleaned and presentable at all times.

The office staff is very nice and easy to work with. Andra was great as our leasing agent and every time we go to the office, Eileen is super helpful about whatever we need. Thanks, Ladies!

The property managers clearly doesnt care about the appearence and the safety for their residents. I moved in two months ago because of the fact that I love the apartment layout. If I would have known there was a huge population of cats that live behind me, I would have NEVER signed the lease. I have complained numerous times about the issue and found out my neighbors have complained as well. Its clear that the neighbor across from me is feeding them. When I moved in there was about 5-6 cats now one of the cats had kittens (10-11cats). Theres too many cats!!! I dont hate cats but when they are spraying everywhere (front door and back patio) thats a huge HEALTH HAZARD. The cats keep going through our trash and we have to re-bag it. Im paying a good amount of rent and I cant enjoy what Im pay for. Im pregnant and my neighbor upstairs... smelling cat urine isnt healthy at all. I have to hold my breath when I step out side because some days the urine is so strong. Its embarrasing when I have to explain to my family and friends why it smells so bad. After receiving many complaints, NOTHING has been done. As property managers you should care about your residents and think about your future residents, hire someone to trap and relocate these cats! And also trap these poor little kittens so they can be adopted.... but if youre going to take the easy way out by saying theres nothing we can do about the cats... come out and pressure wash with bleach the hallways and the sides of the building to get rid of the horrible smell.

VOB is a disaster. the buildings are old the parking lot and roads in the complex all need to be repaved yet we had to pay a parking fee every month. I leased for 1 year and actually moved out after months due to a job transfer. best day ever. there was a issue with a water pipe in front of my apartment in terra that took them two months to fix. i was forced to walk through dirt or mud depending on the rain until the day i left. I'm willing to bet it still looks the same. you pay water and sewer but not for your apartment its some sort of collective. the last 2 months of my lease my apartment was empty yet somehow my water and sewer bill went up $20 a month. when looking into the rent keep in mind $42 an month for parking garbage and pest control. plus $50 a month for water and sewer minimum. i constantly had roaches in my apartment. in 9 months i had to call them out 5 times for roaches. it was gross. whit such a large choice of apartments in the area look somewhere else. office workers had zero personality,
