    I have lived in Uptown for a short time however I was really impressed with the care and quality customer service they always strive to provide. No matter where you go, you always going to encounter some issues but the way is handled is what makes the real difference! Here is handled with professionalism, courtesy, and sincere care to do the right thing by the customer and that is what set apart this community!

    The halls needed to be vacuumed more. The stairwells needed to be cleaned.

    Initially, given misinformation regarding location/availability of elevator in second building;cost of key fobs, receipt of referral money, move-in readiness of new apartment. Maintenance crew helpful, efficient. Housekeeping needs additional manpower to assure cleanliness in hallways/elevators. Insufficient for size of facility.

    The hallways, trash rooms and elevators are just not kept clean on a daily basis. The current cleaning schedule is not sufficient considering the number of residents. The leasing office, lounge areas and health club are maintained at a higher standard. I was expecting hotel quality upkeep of the hallways and elevators and have been disappointed. Another reason for not giving the building the highest marks is the amount of street noise, particularly late at night, from Town Center.
