I wouldn't recommend no one to stay on this property....The staff is nasty and rude. They are all on some shaddy stuff with misleading information. I am glad my lease is up in December.
Warning!! Caution!! They showed us the luxury apartment and handed us the Standard apartment. The cabinets were in terrible condition. We had no choice since we had to deliver our previous home. They promised to change the cabinets and they did not comply. When we talked about this with the General Manager, she simply informed us that we would only pay the contractual penalty and leave! They are charging us a fine of $ 2,700.00 for a breach of contract whose liability is not ours, since the contract was broken by them earlier, by delivering us a wrong apartment and did not keep the promises. Do not be fooled by the pretty office and the information boards abou "new managers", you will be treated very well before entering, after that you will be mistreated and ignored! Do not trust the photo of the apartment, it's a lie! Be careful when signing the contract, the fine clause is already pre-selected, with no option of not paying if they re-rent the apartment.
Also, you will hear every step of your neighbor from above and the place is dirty, poorly maintained and infested with cockroaches!
I am BEYOND impressed. I'm in apt 1602. I noticed my a.c. wasn't working so well. I called the office & left a message at 9:35. I got a call at 10:00 from Arnell, he said he'd be by soon. At 10:15 he arrived & HE was finished by 11:00. To have maintenance come by so soon after hours, I am truly shocked & very pleased. Arnell is diffinately an asset. Thank you so much.

The process does not go along smoothly at all I walked away with my rent contract in hand thinking I was going to get the apartment when in fact I had to call the next day to find out whether or not I got them the apartment... It turns out
as well I have not got my $200 deposit back as well... I'm thoroughly frustrated with their process as it is not predictive of what good customer service manager is!! Leasing desk to let them know that I was not approve with the credit rating that they gave me and as well I was not pleased I have proof of my credit report from both Credit Agencies so that makes me seem likes or should I say it makes it appears like there is some discrimination going on because I was not just fairly once again if you need the copy of the report that I have I will be more than willing to give it to you and please be willing to give me my $200 deposit back in a timely manager thank you
