I love our cute community, my neighbors, and the team here that makes me feel at home. I especially love my one bedroom floor plan! Out of all the one bedrooms in the area it is amoung the largest and comes with full size washer and dryer. We have a beautiful pool that I'm regularly enjoying and meeting other neighbors. The location is great putting me not only close to the beach but to anything else I could possibly want. Parking is great, grounds are clean and maintained, and everyone is friendly. Our Manager Wanda is an excellent Property Manager. She takes care of the community and cares for all of her residents which is very rare to find. Thank you for all you do Park at Rossini team! You are wonderful!

Having been a resident here for 5 years, I have seen several buy-outs with big promises from the new owners. The promises flowed...the changes did not.
However, the newest company has been quick to engage changes with many more big over hauls already in the works . The Park at Rossini will quickly be the talk of our little hamlet! Wanda will treat you like a friend and offer guidance should you have any concerns. The maintenance team will do what ever they can to resolve any of your issues. There is a calendar full of social activities so that we can become a community and have some fun. Who doesn't like music by the pool?? Stop buy and check it out, just a bike ride away to Hanna Park, or a quick jaunt to the won't find a better place

The office staff is amazing and very helpful. However mantience is horrible and very rude and in no hurry whatsoever to help you, he tends to put things off and he in my opinion is a thief so be sure not to leave anything out that he can scrap because if you do it will be gone as soon as you turn your back.
