The worst apartments you could live in Jacksonville. Lived there for 3 1/2 years. Issues with mold, mildew, windows leak everytime it rains, maintenance takes 3 months to fix anything !!! To make things better our apartment got flooded in April, and it took them about 3 hours to get water out of our apartment. No dehumidifier or fans were placed in our apartment so the damage was extensive. It is now June and we have yet to get the money for the month of April
That we paid rent for and when I call the office to speak to the manager (Diane) she is always busy no call back. She told us in person we would receive money for the remainder of the month we didnt live in April and that it would
Take 15 business days, it has already been over 30 business days. Save yourself the hassle and stress dont move in here, they take your money and dont care about the rest !!!

Do not move here !!!!! The management does not care about anything, except money. Mold, leaks, everything brakes and maintenance does do anything until you threaten the office manager with tenants rights. If you want to avoid headaches don't move here. Had to call cops like 5 times for crazy disturbing neighbors who yell and scream in the middle of the night.
