I moving here around in may 2017, on this time the administration are really good and the rent are ok, but right now i see a lot people moving because the rent now is so high and every year are up and up...

since I have lived here I have fell in love with the place and the amount of space is perfect for me! when there are small issues in the apartment like a leakage underneath the kitchen sink, the management is great at getting the issues resolved right away and as soon as possible! I never lived in an apartment where the management and the maintenance was this outstanding! highly recommend it to anyone!

Since it has been under new management Prattville at Highland Lakes has been greatly improved and is a good quiet community. Wouldnt give it 5 stars because I live on the bottom floor and there is no buffer between the floors. The buildings were cheaply built, so there are a lot of maintenance issues, but it its still livable.

The staff at Highland Lakes is very helpful and accommodating. I really like the gated entry, and the grounds are very nice and well-kept. The apartment is clean and updated.

Everything is great. Still waiting on my patio screens to be replaced in 2056. Buy other than that I couldn't be happier.
