My husband and I are new to the area and looked at MANY apartments, but kept coming back to Baymeadows!! The office staff are amazing and made us feel very welcome from day 1!! They are very helpful and answered all of our questions! The apartment community is great and we look forward to making it our home!!

Village of Baymeadows is everything we hoped it would be. Great atmosphere and the employees are all very nice and respectful. My family and I are grateful to call this place our home. Beautiful pools and playgrounds. Apartments stay cleaned and presentable at all times.

I wanted to take the time to thank Safet , Mrs. Joan and Mike for all their help and support as we had an water issue in the master bathroom. They reassured us that they would stay on it and they certainly have.

Most of the reviews are from 2014 when it used to be a nice place and management care and the owner wasn't only out to get your rent and not do nothing to fix the complex. It is run down and today was proof when they changed out a better quality plastic trash bins to black Rubbermaid trash bin and still want to charge 27$ for trash collection. The squirrels were able to chew through the better quality plastic they are going to have a field day with these. The gym has been under construction for months and before that nothing worked, the main pool conveniently breaks down right when. Springs hit and don't work all summer. This place is not work the money they want to charge. I lived here in 2009 until 2014 moved back in 2015 and after the new owners took over in 2017 I have watches this place go in the toilet. So sad. It was a really nice place, but I guess greed took over.

A weekend maintenance emergency (isn't that always the case?) just yesterday. After calling the Emergency Maintenance # about our upstairs A/C's leaking water all over the carpet in the A/C closet I received a call back immediately. Told help would be on the way within 45-minutes upon finishing another job, James & Safit were actually here in less that 30-min. They very efficiently unclogged the A/C drain and used the water vac on the carpet. Thankfully, we had immediate use of the A/C for the long, very hot weekend thanks to them for their immediate response! And Monday the A/C will receive a coil cleaning, too. James & Safit are always reliable AND courteous while they are on the job. This time was no different. They are a credit to the Maintenance staff and I write that as a resident of 11+ years in this apartment.
