The building and common areas were always clean and presentable. No anxiety when guest visit. The maintenance staff usually responded within 24 hours of request. Monthly holiday events are held with free food and drinks. Nice place for young professionals and small families.

The apartment itself is very nice and modern and has by far one of the best pools Ive had in a luxury complex. However, it is unfortunate that the office staff is the worst Ive dealt with. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, and not thorough at all. Not only do they refuse to confront problems with residents face to face, they are also short and rude through email responses. I have witnessed a manager in the office refraining from coming out of the back room and leaving a leasing agent to have to play messenger in order to address an irate residents issue. After moving out and communicating via email with issues regarding my move out statement, I was told by the assistant on property to not contact them anymore. After reiterating to the assistant what the property manager informed me would be addressed and taken care of BY HER, I received no response whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the way they treat residents. There are a number of different properties in the area that are just as nice, including their sister properties (Cabana Club & Hacienda), that I am sure have a responsive, helpful staff. You would think the price you pay to live here would mean exceptional customer service and feeling valued as a resident which is not the case at all. Will not recommend Spyglass to anyone I know.

I am a new resident at SPYGLASS and I am very happy to be living here. The staff and property are exceptional. Recently, my air conditioning failed and it was very hot. Jason, a member of the maintenance crew, immediately came to the rescue. He installed temporary air conditioning units in my apartment until the A/C company could come to replace a nonfunctional part of the main unit, which was taken care of the next day.
Jason then came back to check the repairs and remove the temporary units. His knowledge of the problem and necessary solution, in addition to his friendly and professional manner was above and beyond my expectations. I have no worries regarding any future needs, as I am confident in the skills of all the staff here.

This is a wood framed constructed building like most other communities and unfortunately, you will hear your neighbors.
