I've lived in the glades for roughly a year and I really enjoyed living here. People don't hang out outside, that's very little noise in the area, office and maintenance staff are very prompt and friendly. I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

When I first saw the model apartment I was hesitant because it was not spacious, but after living in a one bedroom apt, I must say it is very cozy, warm and very inviting. My friends love it as it is clean, well painted, all appliances are maintained and price is affordable. It is five minutes away from my job. I call this my little retreat away from home. I really enjoy the Glades Apts. Also, parking is always available right next to my door. I feel safe especially at nights and sound proof.

I have lived at Pointe Parc right at the time that they acquired the apartment complex as The Glades. I moved into a cozy and wonderful one bedroom lakeview that was fully renovated before my move in and then upgraded a year later to a 2 bedroom loft layout. There is not a single person who has come to my new apartment who has not stated that it has the feel of a real home/condo and are astonished at the affordable rate I pay. The office staff and maintenance crew are attentive and efficient at resolving ANY issues that have come up and I just signed up for another 14 month lease! I would sign for 2 or 3 years if it were available as we are now HOME in Jax!

I just moved into Ponite Parc with my boyfriend and we have loved it so far. The office staff member Brooke was very helpful with ensuring that everything was taken care of during our move in process. A few maintence requests were needed upon moving in, but overall the apartments are cozy and quiet, parking is yet to be an issue, and we love living so close to everything!

If you are paying over 900 for 2 bedrooms you are just wasting your money !! When ever you move in take a pictures and keep it ,the will try to charge you for remadling the appartement,you will get Charge 240$ doesn't matter what if you have a carpet !!! It was great when it was the GLADES ,it was a good family area ,not anymore ,not safe ,many robberies last few months,dirty stairs ,you can't forget your car open ... 500 $ if you want to transfer ,no water meter so if you live by your self you will pay 85 $ just for water ... and you will pay more than 100 if you want to renew because they knew that is hard to move ...if you want to pay over 900 go somewhere else .
