I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week to potentially rent an apartment. No one has gotten back to me and when I get to speak to someone, they have NO idea how to help.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone!!!!! Maintenance is terrible. The office management are unprofessional, Rude and will talk about you. There's no dumpsters, they expect you to wait around for the trash people to come. These apartments are a waste of money. This may seem reasonable but I promise its a waste of time. Rent just recently went up to help them repaint the buildings and build a dog park when its other issues that's not being fix. Most times there's a problem with the water being cut off because of a damage pipe. Its ridiculous.
Management failed to repair issues that city inspector had written up for repairs. Storm drains were clogged causing flooding of apartment! Wouldn't recommend moving in!
I've been here since March 2018. I absolutely love the location and the layout of my 2/2 but that's the extent of it. I was leased a filthy unit that was infested with roaches. The refrigerator was new but the stove was not and infested with roaches. Since they wouldn't replace it, I had them to remove it and replaced it myself. There was new carpet installed with no padding underneath. Because their pest control was a joke, I caulked every crack throughout, painted and treated my unit with DIY pest control every week until I didn't see anymore roaches.
So inside my unit is nice but the outside is another story. Amongst over-filled dumpsters and trash everywhere, there are piles of dog poo EVERYWHERE. There are smudges on the walkways and up the stairs where folks have stepped in it. Maintenance spends the first few hours of their shift just picking up trash. It's the tenants that are nasty. I have a large screened balcony that I cannot enjoy because it's below my neighbor's doghouse. The stinch is unbelievable.
They need to remove the list of amenities because they are not accessible. Only one pool is available and it's closed most of the time. The fitness center is only open during office hours. So if you work during the day, you will NEVER get to use it. The gate is a joke. It's almost always broke. Washer/Dryer hookup is extra IF your unit has one.
This place has potential to be great but major changes are needed. Management changed last month, I hope that it's more than a personnel change.
