They do not respond promptly to maintenance requests, even when they are considered an emergency. There are stray cats who have fleas everywhere. The office staff changes every few months and they don't keep notes so there is no follow up on requests or complaints. Every single light around my buildings staircase has gone out and even though the office has been contacted multiple times, they don't seem to believe this is an issue worth resolving. However, they were quick to inform me that my rent should be increasing to just shy of 1K for a 1 bedroom apartment. For what, outdated and consistently failing appliances and horrible customer service? No thank you.

I lived there for 1 year and that was too much. The worst living experience I've ever had. First off the women in the office don't care one bit about the people living at this complex. I was having a problem with my unit so I went into the office to set up a maintenance request and the women in the office told me that they didn't have time to deal with me and told me to leave. I also had 4 water leaks while wiving there and it was like pulling teeth to get those problems fixed. And now that im moved out they are withholding my security deposit without providing me with a written reason as to why. I have been moved out for 2 months now. So don't live here. The worst ever. I wish i could give less than 1 star.

I like my unit. Being on the second floor makes this apartment. The ceiling is very grand and makes a great space to walk into. The apartments are a little older, but they are well kept. Pest control is a must, especially in the South. I was a little wasn't too surprised when I found some critters lying on their back in the kitchen when I returned from out of town over the Christmas holiday. I always clean when leaving for a few days, so I just figured it was the weather. But it's still something to look out for.
