I lived there for 1 year and that was too much. The worst living experience I've ever had. First off the women in the office don't care one bit about the people living at this complex. I was having a problem with my unit so I went into the office to set up a maintenance request and the women in the office told me that they didn't have time to deal with me and told me to leave. I also had 4 water leaks while wiving there and it was like pulling teeth to get those problems fixed. And now that im moved out they are withholding my security deposit without providing me with a written reason as to why. I have been moved out for 2 months now. So don't live here. The worst ever. I wish i could give less than 1 star.
I like my unit. Being on the second floor makes this apartment. The ceiling is very grand and makes a great space to walk into. The apartments are a little older, but they are well kept. Pest control is a must, especially in the South. I was a little wasn't too surprised when I found some critters lying on their back in the kitchen when I returned from out of town over the Christmas holiday. I always clean when leaving for a few days, so I just figured it was the weather. But it's still something to look out for.
It is a good to average place.
We have lived here 3yrs,I wish it could be three more.its an awesome place but the rent going up is too much.
It's a place to lay your head, hope you like animals, everyone has a dog and there are stray cats everywhere I HATE CATS . You can hear every movement of the person above you, but I do love that I feel like no one will bother me. There is no insulation under the front doors, it makes your bills really high, and allows for bugs and little reptiles to come into your home, well at least on the first floor . Besides minor issues, and overall decent place for the price. Of course I would pay less for my apartment, but would definitely not pay a penny more
