I am very happy at the Park of Potenza and just renewed my lease after one year here. It's quiet. Any repairs I've needed were done the same day I asked. No bugs and pest control comes every other month to ensure it stays that way. The staff is helpful and informative, especially Tonya.

If you are looking for a great location this would be a great apartment for you. If you care about comfort and the overall maintenance of the apartment then please do not move here. The apartments are old and have some major structural issues. I live on the second floor and can hear every time my neighbors above me are walking around. Also, there are a lot of stray cats that roam the property, specifically by the trash compactor. This is definitely a health concern especially if you have pets of your own. The water is gross and smells like sulfur. The people in the front office are very dismissive as if you aren't the one paying to live there. There are no real amenities other than the gym and tennis courts. Oh and the bug problem is just terrible. No matter how clean your apartment is you are bound to have them show up. Also there are a lot of car break ins that they try to cover up. However the car beak ins were so bad that the news covered them. AC units are old and causes your bill to be Sky high. Please do yourself a favor and move elsewhere for the same price
