Although now I would never recommend this place to anyone, we lived here for two years. If you feel like reading, here's everything you need to move onto somewhere else.
The first year went okay, no massive complaints other than a noticeably
high turnover rate in the front office, all but one of the good maintenance staff left due to problems higher up, BAD COCKROACH PROBLEMS, sewage problems, dog park never fixed (after 3 complaints I was told they were waiting on a part, never fixed it and you pay a $300 dog deposit along with $10 a month). The second year, the front office, cockroaches, sewage, dog park and maintenance were all still problems. We had rent deducted because the girl the in office messed up our contract in which I had to correct her on so she took money off our rent (not mad about). When we went to tell them we were leaving at the end of our second year, we were told it "may not work out" because we did not give a 60 day notice. However, the note we received on our door stating our rent would go up $55 did not show up on our door until June 26th (Move out date was August 10th). I was told their systems may still make us pay a month of August rent because we did not give the 60 days... this did not happen because I was told resigning our second year we did not need to give any more than 30 days notice. I get a call about two days before August 10th stating they had no idea we moved out because we didn't return our keys because they have rented out our apartment already; was never notified to return keys even though they change all sets upon move out.
Do not plan on getting your security deposit back. I was not given my security deposit back for $200 worth cleaning fees; Range Cleaned Inside and Out $25, Refrigerator and Freezer Cleaning $25 (wouldn't that be included in the range cleaning?), Dishwasher Cleaned (wouldn't that also be included in range cleaning?? and a note the dishwasher was full of dishes.. which is a complete lie) then finally
I like living there but the rent is to high and the sidewalks are very dirty they dont even care and the people are the onces cleaning the sidewalks, and the new maintenance guy is disrespectful... I just cant !!!! They should do better not worse
Good location but rent is being increased every year. Place is full of cockroaches If you have other choice dont go here
I freaking love it here the only problem that I dont like is that the cars get broken into often which they dont have any control over .
