The woman making the application takes time to respond. She waited for us to fill out the application, made the charge and said she could not continue without social insurance. She could have said that when she received the application in hand. She did not return the money, since the application was not made.

I would like to say Joe is a major asset to maintenance, he goes above and beyond to make sure each resident is happy. I've lived her over 11 yrs

Its awesome calling Park South at Deerwood home. It really is a welcoming environment for all. The team at Park South are very friendly and understanding. The current Property manager is also very welcoming and show willingness to help with any situation. Maintenance Team is great and pretty knowledgeable also very efficient, kind and respectful. No questions ask this is where home feels like home. Apt.806

4+ years living here. Let me tell you, I simply hate to move, I loath it with every cell in my body, I normally do not write reviews but today was the last straw. This complex has an equipment work out room, never have used it until today, well I attempted to use it, Im 300+ pounds and finally got up and said TODAY is the day. Out of 11 pieces of equipment only 2 worked. A cycle and a mountain climber, everything else was broke. The free weight machines had no pin to change the weight so you had no weight to use. They spay the bathtubs to refinish this, you are supposed to wait 3 days before use but Im sure ours was spayed in both apartments we have live in the day before we moved in. The odor from it was bad for 2 or 3 days. Also this crap peels off several months after you live there. It looks horrible. Any maintenance issue you have takes forever to be fixed, we have a 2 bedroom 1 bath, the toilet started gurgling and bubbleing up so we let them know, after 7 months and 3complete overflows with a crappy ending literally they finally replaced the toilet, then this year we had a rapid flood coming from the closet where the ac unit is, complete flood if the hall, hall closet, donating room and partly the kitchen, they came out, could not find the source so nothing was done, in the 1 1/2 months we had this issue every 3-4 days, each time they would come out and find nothing. Finally the day came they actually called a plumber, that was the day it was found and fixed. So if you are expecting professional maintenance then this is not the place for you. I hate writing a bad review for ta place but people need to be aware of what you are agreeing to before you move in here. With these specifics the management will know who we are. I was extremely disappointed today.
