I have been living in this apartment complex for just over a year now with my boyfriend and so far it has been great. We have a two bedroom two bath on the third floor with a balcony. We only had one instance with a staff member in regards to a maintenance issue but it was taken care very quickly and since then everything has run great.
Nice apts. Great value for the $$. Response for maintenance is quick. Friendly staff. Quiet.
Cannot wait to get out of my lease!!! I've had the worst experience living here. Management doesn't care and maintenance is a joke. Nothing gets fixed.
We have lived here for 16months. We moved here right after Fogleman bought it out. But we settled our rent and everything with the previous owners about 2 months before being bought out. It was about 3 weeks until we were to move in and we had not heard anything from the apartment complex. I called them and was talked down to and the other person on the line was very rude. We eventually went in to sign the lease and the lady said that we were going to be paying more in rent than originally stated. We haggled until we got the price we were told. She then demanded we pay some $99 fee because when we reserved our apartment we didn't put anything down (because we were told not to). Fast forward to now our AC constantly leaks to the point where there's now water damage. We are always putting a work order in but it takes weeks for them to come out and fix it. Every time I have to talk to anyone at the front desk I always feel belittled and like I am a child (i am 23, full-time worker and full-time student) ALSO for ever month out of the SIXTEEN we have lived in this apartment I have been paying between $28-32 for my water bill every month. That seems reasonable for my boyfriend and I we try to conserve water the best that we can. All of a sudden my water bill has now been DOUBLED to $62. They changed from submetering the water to basically a flat fee based on sq ft of apartment and occupants (per what my bill says on the back) I find this ridiculous because I barely use the water. When I called the leasing office the lady again talked down to me and told me that I was being fairly charged because she pays that much for water for her home. You are almost ALWAYS going to pay more in water when you live in an actual house. We have a meter so why won't they just meter the water? She claimed that the meters were being misread. SO FOR SIXTEEN MONTHS, YOU WERE READING THE METERS WRONG. No. They're lying just to get you to pay for the water THEY ARE USING. I am so fed up with thi
Honestly find somewhere else to live, the employees are unprofessional, lazy, and super shady. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism of our leaser, Juliet, and her manager, Richard. The application and leasing process was a complete mess, but Ill just list you all the hassles Ive encountered while living here to keep it short.
Bed bugs, a severe flea infestation that took seven months to get rid of, black mold in the master bedroom due to a leak from the unit above us and maintenance literally just sprayed it with bleach, so it keeps coming back. And a broken down AC unit that weve been requesting to be fixed everyday for a week, but maintenance is ignoring us.
