I have been living in this apartment complex for just over a year now with my boyfriend and so far it has been great. We have a two bedroom two bath on the third floor with a balcony. We only had one instance with a staff member in regards to a maintenance issue but it was taken care very quickly and since then everything has run great.

This place has taken a turn for the worst since new management took over. Maintenance crew as well as the maintenance supervisor are incompetent. And clearly property manager has no clue of whats going on or they just dont care. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

Be forewarned. Pet policy has DRAMATICALLY changed!! $400 yearly, non-refundable fee (not deposit) for first pet, $100 each addt'l, PLUS $15/month per pet, PLUS required to get renters insurance through specific company (other renter's insurance not accepted).
Also new- monthly fees for garbage (which piles up at dumpster every other day) and pest management. None of this is indicated on their website.
I used to love living here. But the management has changed and communication is impossible. Message through the resident portal- ignored. Email directly- ignored. Call, get transferred to voicemail- ignored. Call, leave message with person- ignored. Call, leave message with answering service (during leasing office open hours)- ignored.
