Amazing location, awesome and welcomed staffing.
The leasing agent was loud and abrupt with no warmth or tact .I Did not feel welcome.
I was very underwhelmed with the condition of the apts. that I was shown as well the cleanliness of the building.
Not some place that I would feel comfortable living.
I have lived here 2 years. I chose this building because it was clean and the residents seemed friendly and the fact that utilities were included, they had a beautiful 1 bedroom available for me AND you would be put on the list for section 8 assistance was a real deal breaker. I hadn't wanted to move to Jacksonville but now I have a great apartment ( even better after the renovation), everything I need is very close (shopping, doctors, public transportation and entertainment). There are plenty of events held right here, we even have a doctor who comes. So, if you're a low income senior looking for a home, this is an excellent choice.
I moved into an alcove apartment. I have been told it is a clean place and I find this to be true. There is a variety of people...there are events all the time that you can get involved in or not, that is up to you. all the sinks, cabinets and floor are like new. The bathroom have hand bars to help if needed It is private yet you feel protected. This is a good place for an older person. It is very reasonable for rent. I can not say enough good things about this place.
Great job Kelly. I love my apartment.
