Didn't like that the common area was not tidy. Broken bicycles and wheel chairs under the steps was not attractive. The custodial staff should clean the office before potential new residents arrive, and not during interviews.

Parking is a long way from your apartment. Very expensive

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! I apologize if you have to park a far distance from your apartment home. We do not have assigned parking spaces, but do allow two parking spaces per unit. We would love to discuss this with you in person to maybe come up with a solution. Please contact the leasing office, we look forward to meeting you:)

Great location. It is quiet around the area at night and as long as i have resided here there has been no weird things going on so i feel like my family is safe. Maintenance stays up on their work and are just as friendly as the office staff, who are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. They accommodate their residents and make everyone comfortable as possible. They keep their word and are very trusting. You do get what you pay for so some parts of the apartments aren't as upgraded as you would want them to be.
