Good area, near everything. The staff was nice and helpful.

Horrible place to live. Nice apartments but terrible management. Everyone is awful. Gym hours suck. The office is impossible to get through to. Once you're a tenant and have signed a lease, don't expect them to help you with anything ever again.

Nothing but great things to say. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The apartments are awesome. If there are any problems in your apartment they are quick about getting them fixed. I think the price is very fair and couldn't be more pleased!

I really don't even want to honor these people with a star. Where do I begin? I should have known from the beginning that Logans pointe was all about keeping/stealing money from the residents. I originally only moved here because my sister referred me after being told that she'd get a $150 incentive for any new resident that she referred. Like anyone else when she told me about them, the first thing I did was went online to check them out. When I went in person, I was sold on how the complex looked but when I mentioned the referral, she said that because the Internet was my first form of contact that my sister did not qualify for the referral. I told her that the ONLY reason I went there was because of my sister. She repeated again that unfortunately my sister could not get the referral (1st sign). Fast forward to a few months later of me living there, the complexes trash compactor was supposedly broken. THERE WAS TRASH EVERYWHERE EVERY DAY!!!!! Logans point accused me of leaving a trash bag next to a dumpster saying that I used the wrong dumpster and tried to charge me $50 (2nd sign). This place was full of roaches and they could care less if your toilet was over flowing if you had two toilets. They had the nerve to tell me that if it wasn't an emergency and the maintenance man had to come out then I would have to pay for the maintenance. In other words, I would have to just wait until he was sent (3rd sign). I'll end it with this because this is getting long but I left that apartment super clean and even woke up early to clean it on the last day of move out and they still found a way to keep my $300 deposit!!! They mailed me a check for $20. The employee showed me pictures of why and if you guys saw these pictures you would think it's a prank that they were playing. The pictures included "crumbs on the vent that's over the stove, what looked like a tea spoon of a drop of honey on the wall between the stove and the refrigerator, invisible "hair" BEHIND the toilet,
