I am looking for a 1 bedroom 1st floor apt

I went in for a tour and the assistant property manager assumed so much about me and my son. I say that bc the way she treated us. She was very dismissive. She told me the price and I asked about any moving specials, any deals for teachers and she said, NO! and turned to answer the phone. Just left me standing there. I cant tell you why she acted bougie bc they have income restricted apartments.
which she also failed to mention.

Good area, near everything. The staff was nice and helpful.

Horrible place to live. Nice apartments but terrible management. Everyone is awful. Gym hours suck. The office is impossible to get through to. Once you're a tenant and have signed a lease, don't expect them to help you with anything ever again.

Nothing but great things to say. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The apartments are awesome. If there are any problems in your apartment they are quick about getting them fixed. I think the price is very fair and couldn't be more pleased!
