The staff was very helpful to help my husband and I with the renting process. This is our first apartment so we appreciated it.
Edens edge has been a pleasant place to live very quiet and clean, Management and maintenance are always on point with welcoming attitudes and prompt service!
Run while you still can
Office staff is terrible. First apartment complex Ive ever lived in where the office fully staffed yet no one ever answers the phone. Maintenance is terrible and takes days to fix the issue, AKA do just enough for you to stop complaining. Manager Leasa is very unattentive and because of the lack of customer service skills, and the turnover of employees - I will be moving when the lease ends. I miss Tori, the only one who seemed to care & get things completed.
Just moved in about 8 months ago. Love the quiet area, enjoy the prompt maintenance service when I needed them to look at something while I was away. Feel very much at home and feel very safe in the neighborhood. One downside that I have; since I live on a bottom unit is the back porch does flood out when it rains. The buildings need some more gutters to direct the water away and stop the erosion of the area around the air conditioners.
