Place was a disappointment. The staff are self-absorbed and always on there phones when tenants try to communicate with them. They neither try to listen or fix your concerns nor, at minimum, leave you satisfied that they did the best they could. I never thought the staff's attitude can have such a negative impact on my experience leasing with a complex. Their policies only apply when it is beneficial to them such as picking and choosing when to provide ID when picking up a package, rent is due on the 2nd every month (rather than the third), and their late fees are ridiculous. Overall, you can be fined for just breathing their air.

Considering how much rent is a month, plus other additional fees, one would think the gym would be updated, the stove would be hard top, and the gate would actually work. Their is limited storage space in the apartments and no light bulbs in the fans. The walls are so paper thin you can literally hear your next door neighbor throwing up after a night out and your upstairs neighbor walking around their apartment as evidenced by the vibrations and shaking of your doors in your own apartment.

The area overall is nice, but nothing you wouldn't be able to find somewhere else within the same vicinity and price range. The complex offers different activities to entice you to rent from their location but its nothing a local gym can't offer you. I recommend not leasing with Coventry Park as they are unpleasant, disorganized, and expensive.

Where to even begin. There is no pantry in the kitchen, they have 2 deep drawers that constantly collapse and they have to come and fix. Barely any room for storage and I lived in a two bedroom apartment. The dryer that I had took FOUR separate cycles to dry 1 load of clothes, they would come and empty the hose in the back but never replaced the dryer itself which NEEDED to be done. Maintenance was AWFUL. Someone would come out hours, even a day after I placed a request. Once they were there they would lecture you on whatever was broken. The carbon monoxide detectors went off several times at 2am and I would have to wait until the next day for them to come and replace their batteries. Office staff is terrible, especially the property manager, office staff would even agree on that when she wasn't around. My boyfriends car was stolen from the property back in July because the gates are ALWAYS broken. When I went to the office to see if they had anything on the camera that they have at the front gate, their reply was that they erase the tape every 24 hours, cause you know, that makes a whole lot of sense. I received a notice on my door a month after my boyfriends car was stolen that another had been broken into in the complex. Towards the end of my lease, they were renting out the apartments next to mine and in the building to contract construction workers who were DISGUSTING. They left cigarette butts everywhere, brown bags of empty alcohol bottles, would throw trash in the bushes and I did not feel safe in my own apartment anymore. The apartments are way too much money for what they are actually worth to live in. Location is great but other than that, do yourself a favor and don't bother wasting your money to live here.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Coventry Park has been under new management with our company, CMC, since last fall. So, while I can't speak to all of these issues I can tell you that Jennifer and the entire team really work hard every day to ensure residents are completely satisfied and the property if being maintained. We hope you are happy in your new community.

INSTANT REGRET!!! Do NOT move here. Where should I start? Roach infestation? I reported the problem on 6/22 and they still have not come and sprayed (3 weeks). Had to hire another company and my own money to come. It was so bad, a roach crawled out of my purse at work! Maintenance is horrible! They have a nasty habit of closing work orders without actually doing work! First night my smoke detector kept going off. Called for maintenance. Never showed. Had to go back up to the office the next day and ask again for maintenance. The guy literally came and disconnected the smoke detector and left. Didn't see him again till the next afternoon. How do you disconnect a smoke detector and its not a priority? Shower leaks. Kitchen sink leaked. The dryer takes 3 hours (and a horrible noise) to dry 2 towels, 3 shirts, and undergarments. (Again another close ticket without coming to the apartment). Carpet is nasty. Haven't slept thru the night. My neighbor above me sounds like an elephant in heels. Has a dog that barks all night and day. The office said the dog is not reported on the lease, yet has done nothing. Stray cats constantly on my car. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. TODAY MARKS A MONTH SINCE I MOVED IN AND IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. The staff will be great until you move in and then you're stuck with a roach infested apartment and a horrible maintenance staff.
