courteous office staff and anything that needs to be fixed is done in a most timely manner. We feel safe and secure in this area and the other people living here are pleasant and educated.
So far my family really enjoys living here. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. My only complaint is the seating at the pool. They have added more but they are dirty and seem to have mildew on them and the grills only work half the time.
Services and amenities showed during first visit were not as expected when started living here. many of the amenities which were showed as 24 hours were not available 24 hours like movie theater and common hall. Also, some of the staff responds rude once you start living in the community.
I think the apt complex could be cleaner then it is today. We were told the each month the builds are pressure washed and that is not true at all. The staff are nice to talk to, and greet you when then they see you, but when bringing items more than once to the office staff, they can get very nasty. Not all the staff, but some of them. The place is too new not to take better care of it.
The staff wasn't trained properly. I would talk to one rep and follow what they believed to be the apartments guidelines and later find out that it was wrong. This happened several times with different reps. Instead of honoring what the first said and apologizing for the mistake they would act like it wasn't their problem that a resident was given wrong info from another rep. They didn't pay the deposit bacK after subtracting minor fees.
