courteous office staff and anything that needs to be fixed is done in a most timely manner. We feel safe and secure in this area and the other people living here are pleasant and educated.

So far my family really enjoys living here. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. My only complaint is the seating at the pool. They have added more but they are dirty and seem to have mildew on them and the grills only work half the time.

The last couple of years tainted memories of what could have been five great years there. Inez and the rest of the managers hid in their office (with blinds shut and claimed they wouldnt be there on certain days even though the employee I talked to when bouncing in there to ask them questions while I waited outside), lied to us continuously, and became increasingly rude toward the end of our time there.

Over time, maintenance became less responsive, and the grounds were no longer maintained as well. Trash accumulated on the stairs and in the hallway. The elevator was broken more often than it wasnt.
Maintenance quit fixing the items we reported oven took 40 mins to preheat, but since it was heating up it was fine in their eyes. A/C quit blowing cool air, but it was our fault for leaving the window open the day it was tested. The faulty oven and a/c meant our electricity bill increased significantly while we lived there. Then, our floor started crumbling under the carpet and falling in, and we could feel nails sticking up. It was never fixed, and they dodged our calls and failed to communicate. Upon move out, we were informed we owe for damages to replace the carpet in the master bedroom even though they never upheld their responsibility to maintain a solid floor in the apartment. The damages were located in the spot the bed sat from day one until we moved out.

I contacted JRK. Finally after demanding a response several times, someone told me we had a pet and never paid required pet rent so they could actually charge us much more. Nice try, when we moved in five years ago, pet rent was not required. The pets were listed on our lease agreement, and we paid the required pet fee. We lost both pets while living in that apartment, so thanks for that reminder.

1)Dogs poop everywhere. At one point my wife called the front office because there had been many doggy deposits made on multiple floors of our building and nothing had been done for weeks. She politely asked if there was anything the staff could do to clean up the mess. The man on the phone replied with a laugh and said there was nothing the staff could do.

2) No Parking. After having to go to deal with no parking at night at all my wife and I decided to purchase and pay monthly for a garage. The staff doesn't monitor or care about the enforcement of the spots though. You are on your own because if you do call they take so long to get there the car in question is either gone and your already parked on the other side of the complex or they just don't respond at all. Good luck calling the tow truck yourself too because no one is allowed to tow someone on the premises except the staff. Once I got tired of parking across the complex because I pay for a garage and pulled to the side of the area while I called the office to get the car towed and went upstairs to wait. Later I come back and my own car had been towed but the car parked behind MY GARAGE was still there in the morning and the staff told me its my fault for parking there and I had to pay for the tow myself.
