I feel like I live in a resort every day! In addition, the office staff is extremely friendly and courteous. If I do need their assistance for something to be fixed, it is addressed right away. I also love the social events that are planned for the community. A great place to live!

This is a beautiful property with a vacation style feel. All the amemities are great and the office staff is friendly. Whenever I'm walking and staff/maintenance drives by, they always wave and say 'hi'. We rented our unit sight unseen and never regretted the decision. From the moment We walked into our place, we felt comfortable and completely satisfied. Any questions we had were answered quickly and the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Maintenance workers come quickly and greet you with a smile. They take care not to make a mess when doing repairs and clean up their work area. They also take the time to explain how things work and will ask if we have any questions or if anything else needs to be repaired. We have resigned our lease once and it is due for renewal again. We will not hesitate to sign another lease. The Galleria clubhouse is absoutely stunning with the excellent crafted authentic wood tables, large business center and mini movie theater. The pools are maintained as well as the furniture around it. Cabana club/Galleria strive to keep the grounds looking beautiful but the dog park needs work. The bushes are overgrown and the flexible fencing is constantly breaking. The bushes either need to be removed or trimmed and the fence needs to be placed on the exterior side. Our dog has cut his paw on this fencing and would hate to see a dog get seriously injuried on this fencing. We also feel that since we rented here based on it being 'gated' that the gate by the main entrance should be the same type as the one at the back entrance.

Many of the amenities offered upon lease agreement , which was a seeking point tend to be broken or not working often. One example is the theatre part , numerous days with this being broken or not working. The gates seem to always have problems getting acces through them. Some of the games in club house are not kept to working conditions as a majority. Some of the gym equipment as the rock wall , is often under maintenance. A decent place to live but the amenities should be kept up more routinely.
