The office staff is wonderful and maintenance response time is GREAT! The complex is very quiet and I haven't had any problems so far. The only thing is the gate has malfunctions quite often and the price range is on the higher side. But I must admit, the apartments are very spacious, clean, and the renovation that has been done is a winner!
It is not worth the money. I have a very small two -2 bath apartment. I have a roach problem. When I reported it to the Management they didn't take it seriously. In order to get pest control you have to call and put your name on list. Well this particular time the pest control man came his radio was on and I heard the manager say that the building was infested. Every night I bleach everything down they still return. My name has been on list last for Thursday no pest control man. So guess what more Roaches. I was so embarrassed when a guess saw one took off his shoe and killed it. My neighbor says he has same problem

I needed somewhere fast and didnt read contract especially the $10 a day that I accumulated after the 2nd day of the month for late fee. I suggest you ask many questions. Read fine lines and Eviction is very quickly put in after the 24th. Because if you can't pay rent they know you can't afford late fees no acceptions!
i found this apartment few months ago and what honestly lured me in was the bathroom. when we go there to see it just 2 weeks ago we met with Ora and she was so pleasant to work with! she was able to get us the apartment that we really wanted! Ora really out did herself! thank you so much!!

I have had a problem with EXCESSIVE NOISE from drunken neighbors above us. I complained to both the Assistant and Property Managers, THE PROBLEM GOT WORSE; I contacted the Regional Supervisor and still NOTHING. If you work or attend school and need a peaceful and clean environment, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Worst management ever; MY ATTORNEY IS NOW INVOLVED DUE TO UNRESOLVED PROBLEMS. The rent is too high also for what you don't get. Unclean breezeways, too many oversized dogs, no pest control, buildings in disrepair with mold.
The management staff that is currently in place are not friendly. Every since taking over resides do not stay and every month there is a turnover of maintenance staff. I wish the management staff was more resident friendly.
