Fairway View Apartments

i love the fact that the complex is ALWAYS clean. The maintenance people work hard every day and you can actually see the improvements on a daily basis. The lawn, Pool, the new signs outside the neighborhood, and the staff are very nice and whenever theres any concern they resolve it immediately. The only thing i dislike is the park. I have a toddler and she cant play in the new playground, its only for kids 5 and up, the passage to go up to the slide doesnt have the bumps in the middle so they can climb, he tries to climb and falls immediately. My likes and dislikes are: Love the neighborhood. Very safe and quiet

I have not seen non-flying bugs in the apartment. A couple of times when it has rained heavily, I have had some ants, but they leave quickly. Management makes sure that our apartments are neat for the sake of all the tenants. They get rid of trouble makers. I wish more of the neighbors would greet each other as they walk by others.

Community is good friendly staff in a grate location
