Close to airports, highway, beaches, malls. Our daughters enjoy going to the beach very often and the mall. we have a lot of visits and traveling to FLL airport or MIA is easy.

I like the nearby coffee shop best, the coffee there is very deliciousAnd the environment is very good

It is walking distance to local grocery store walking distance to laundry mat . Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkllllllllkkkkkmmmmmmmmmmkkkkkkkk

The neighborhood and safe and walkable. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I go wiht family and friends to the restaurants.

good school, quiet area and not too many pets (dogs) running around in the streets. spending more time in the park with family.

I like that we have several parks close by for kids to play. Most of the neighbors do not move so I know them. A few restaurants within walking distance that we like to go to.
