The response was very quick regarding future residency at the Reserve Apartment complex.

The manager should be more polite & friendly towards ALL the residents. DO lawn sign posting for pet no-potty areas in front of & to the sides of the patios on the first floors. DO post Pool cleaning schedule for residents to see. DO remove the half-hour restriction on the computer use. DO lower rents for renewed leases for less turn-over. DO better outside lighting. DO fix the parking lot flooding in front of Bldg 12 & main front entrance. DO quarterly community day of yard sales.
