Apartments are quiet, spacious and affordable. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Staff- both in the office and those working maintenance- are friendly and competent.

Maintenance staff is excellent, office staff can be rude. Condition of apartment ok, needs newer appliances. Great location for me and good availability of parking - I always get a spot right in front of my door.

Overall it has been a good experience, however, I feel as though the buildings need some major remodeling. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets are falling apart and are outdated.
