I've only had minor issues with the condition of my apartment. I wish they were cleaned more thoroughly before I moved in, but I like the Enclave and its staff. It's been a great living experience here.

The apartments here are ok, but its the team of enclave employees that really kill the quality and trust in this place. They really do not care about your issues what so ever. Its almost impossible to get a straight answer from those working in the office. When you do get a hold of someone and explain your problem, they dont even apologize for the inconvenience. My first issue here was that we were over charged $54 each for utility overages when we werent even in Gainesville for 3 weeks of that month. The only answer I got when I complained about this was that yeah GRU sucks and didnt even try to resolve our issue, let alone appologize for the inconvenience. They also failed to inform us that utilities were no longer included the following year of renewel, but it was too late because I already renewed for cheaper rent ($10 off). I complained and told them that if I knew utilities were no longner included, I wouldnt have signed for the following year, and all they could say was yeah we just forgot, but utilities arent included anymore. And told me it was too late because I had already signed. I really did feel taken advantage of due to their lack of nowledge on that. So be careful when they try to convince you on signing for things that can be helpful because odds are theyre hiding something from you. Also, I would call the front office and get no answer, but once I go to the office, all the employees are just sitting on their tables and laughing and conversating. Also, the location that I was living in was really nice, with a great view out the window and a great spot that was close to the basketball courts and etc. but I found out that I was being forceably removed and being relocated to a new building. It took me 3 weeks to get the answer of we move people who were the only ones who renewed for the BENEFIT of the next movers who want to come here. That sentence there shows exactly how they feel about current residents. I ended up being moved to a b

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!! The staff is very RUDE and UNHELPFUL. They generally do NOT assist you with any inquiries. Managers are even more unpleasant than the leasing specialists! Coffee supplies are not replenished often and it is occasionally noisy as there are multiple parties by the pool. When the company is replacing furniture at the start of the academic year, they work well into the hours of the night with no consideration for residents that may want to sleep. These updates should be done during business hours. The walls are very thin so it is easy to hear residents in other apartments. Staircases are not cleaned regularly and they do not enforce the towing policy which results in residents sometimes unable to find parking.
