Well I've lived here over 3 years now and I personally think that The Crossings at Santa Fe is a nice place to live. I enjoyed living here on all aspects except 1. The Crossings Security can really be a handful, but I looks like they are getting new security(definitely for the better).

I highly recommend the crossing at santa fe apts.whether to be closer to the college or a permanent resident.this is the best place to live.the office staff are so awesome.especially amber,eric and frankie.they are super nice,kind and helpful.

I lived here for two years and my first year was decent. Maintenance would enter my apartment after I told the front office we have animals in the apartment and do not want maintenance coming in. I had to get the carpet fixed in my closet one time and I had no idea maintenance was coming the day they did. I told the front to call me before entering. The front office told me that wouldnt be a problem and they left a note on the work order. I came home to my whole closet thrown on the floor in my bedroom. They didnt even put it back when they werent even suppose to touch my stuff. On top of that, I had to fix all the broken doors and leaks because maintenance took weeks to months to come. I had to tell them I took care of it when they knocked on the door. On July 25th 2017, the day before my birthday, I received a letter saying I had 5 days to relocate to another building. Note I was working full time and my only day off was my birthday. Had to spend my birthday packing up my apartment. In my next apartment in the same complex, I waited 6 MONTHS for new couches. The crossings asked me if I wanted to end my lease early because I was already planning on subleasing at this point. The part that makes me upset is that they still tried to charge me when They asked me if I wanted to leave. Didnt know Id still be charged when they found someone to take over the apartment. Not only that, now I have to deal with the last few payments through collections because no one called to inform me about my payments not going through and a manager refused to talk on the phone because Im not a current resident. Sad part is, all of my roommates left the crossings because of this issue.
