The pictures in the website are NOT true !! The units have leaks when we moved in to a upgrade unit was a joke all the apartment was dirty the laundry closet the vinyl was broken under the master room the sink cabinet are disgusting and broken the windows leaks too!! People park at the handicapped spots with out plate or tag is crazy. The gym is a joke the pool is dirty and the units full of roaches. In less than one year is been like 3 property management and the one Noe is a joke. Plse be aware that they show you in the website is not your unit and the pictures are probably 10 years old !! Dont waste your money here

My experience with this community has been interesting from the beginning but I'll refrain from providing specific details. Westshore LLC. needs to review its hiring practices more carefully and be more involved onsite. The community is not terrible but needs major change in several areas. It would not hurt to hire staff with decent rental experience AND basic customer service skills. The current office staff and manager are pointless, simply keeping the chairs warm. My complaints are about the same as every other negative review. Thankfully, my unit is not terrible due to maintenance saving me a day before move in. The new staff that is hired usually disappear in two weeks but have characterized what an ideal rental employee should be like. Overall, I do not recommend living here if you have other choices or basic rental expectations. Thats all.

Mold. TERRIBLE MOLD PROBLEM. Lot gates always broke (open 24/7). Pool was closed over a month.

Parents and Professionals: Do your research. Every community has its pros and cons. The Legacy at Fort Clarke is not the worst community nor is it the best. It also isnt the luxury community it states. Where it starts and stops is the management, staff and maintenance. When these three areas lack potential the community will lose its value as a whole little by little. Pros: entertainment, good schools, and colleges nearby. Interstate accessible. Decent Grounds. Semi safe. Few amenities. Cons: Mold. Dwellings and surrounding living areas subpar. Bad communication. Questionable rental practices. Roaches (No quarterly or regular pest control). A/C issues.
