I like the staff, my assigned roommates, and the price is competitive. The only reason I give it a good instead of an excellent is the craftsmanship of the building. Most front doors and banged up, the interior doors jump in the frame when the air pressure changes and other small issues with the construction that make it feel slapdash and hastily built.

I like my neighbors, the grounds are clean, the apartment has great energy efficiency. I'm happy with the service I receive from an outgoing staff :)

This place is TERRIBLE!! They will lose your rent check and then blame it on you! You will be charged fees for no reason and be blamed for putting trash on the companies golf cart when you DID NOT do that what so ever. The gym sucks, the pool keeps getting upgrades for no reason! the amount of pets here there should be a dog park instead. I could go on and on about this place. Some apartments have a terrible roach problem but don't call the office they will take weeks to send somebody to help. I cannot wait to move away from here if I could leave now I would!
