I wish I could give zero stars. Do not expect on getting any deposit back. I got everything in writing that i would get my $600 deposit returned. Plus I even paid a $689 sublet fee. They are saying I broke my lease. This is why I got everything in writing. Corporate boss is a pretentious bully and very rude. I went out of my way to clean and do my part. I came back from out of state to thoroughly cleaned for 10 hours and hold my end of the.deal. when the manager walked through the apartment he stated someone could move in right away. I didn't hear a word after 2 weeks of emails. Thrm I was told i wouldn't receive anything back. What did they do, take my money and shoo meet away.My question is why are they entitled to both my $600 deposit and my $689 sublet fee. Do not rent from these crooks and if you are already there don't even waste your time cleaning. They won't hold true to anything. They know it costs money to go to court and that's why they do this. Pure evil!!! Please don't fall into their trap. You will lose all of your money

After taking a tour the management are very hard workers. They gave me a lot of inormion on the residence. I hope to get accepted through the application process.
