If I could give this place no stars I would. I've lived here for almost a year now and I don't even know where to begin. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. I've put in over a hundred Maintence request online and over the phone and nothing has been taking care of. My toilet still runs and all my tile is still broken and I've been living there since AUGUST. Highly recommend to take pictures of your entire apartment right when you move in so they don't decide to charge you. They've claim to have changed management but they clearly still don't know what they're doing. Each month I have to call and have them take off the pet fee for my service dog and to matters worst they have lost the original copy of my Doctors note for my service animal and they have no idea where it is. Don't recommend living there or if you already signed a lease try to get out of it.
I haven't had any negative experiences here.
College Park in Gainesville, FL, is quite simply the heart of the Gator-Nation. Spread throughout the classic neighborhood of the same name, College Park has been home to the Florida faithful for generations and continues to be the place where great Gator-memories are made. Whether it's waking up in your five bedroom house with hardwood floors, two blocks from Midtown, or coming home for lunch between classes to your classic studio apartment, you'll be a part of a tradition as old as UF itself! Walk wherever you need to go, in the bustling-heart of Florida Fans everywhere. When the Florida Gators celebrated 4 National Championships in 3 years, College Park was where the party was! It's also where you walk your dog past the Swamp restaurant on your way to a tailgate party, or where you walk 3 blocks to Library West to study for that mid-term you're going to crush.
