my biggest problem is that i leave the apt at 1400 and at 0200am i'll see a notice that someone is coming in to do something first thing in the morning. If i get home at 2:00 in the morning, i am in no mood to do anything so you can come in at 0900 in the morning. For example, one time i get home and theres a notice saying can you need to clear your patio because we are doing something or other. Why can't you give us a few days notice instead of half a day.

Maintenance never fixes things correctly even when they actually come. The staff in the front office are useless. They can't put in maintenance requests or anything. When I have a concern I have to go to the office everyday in order to get them to do anything. Even the pest control company you hire is useless. I asked him to take care of some bugs and he didn't do anything about it, just kill them when I see them. No, that's your job, and I know that he could just simply spray for them. Do you pay people and tell them to not do anything? Recently however, there has been a woman in the office that has been doing things right and is trying to improve things for everyone. But knowing how often the people working in the office leave, I don't know how long this will last.

The area is sonewhat dangerous and the apartments are not in the best condition. However, the staff is usually helpful and the apartments are large for the price. I'm disappointed in the lack of amenities though.

In have been there 3 years and every year the rent has went up for same apartment no improvements mad just the rent so unfortunatly I have had to move within the complex twice to stay within my budget. The office staff changes constantly so if one individual tolfd you something they might possibly no longer work there. I will not be renewing for next year the only benefit is the location to the University.
