Property is well maintained and the manager is wonderful and easy to work with. Cant find a better property for the price.
so far, my position as an upcoming resident has been most favorable. Sophia has been extremely helpful and the move in procedure has been going as smooth as possible what with my living out of town currently. I am looking forward to living here at the Alexandria.
Lived there for about four years, never had any issues.
Horrible experience. 3 years of paying rent on time to get a lease nonrenewal notice. I'm a USAF Veteran who has lived here my whole life except for time spent abroad. As a local trust me when I say that you can do better than this. Rules are not enforced and if you try to stand up for yourself against drunk obnoxious neighbors you are the problem for confronting them. Even after numerous calls to the FWBPD to file a complaint it dosen't matter. You're a target to management after that even though they told you to do it because its your only option. Nobody follows the rules and they are most certainly not enforced. Can't wait to get out of this nightmare
I moved in last year to live with my fianc and its been a very unpleasant experience. Noisy drunk neighbors partying into the morning hours has been a huge issue from day one. Rules such as quiet hours, chairs and personal property in the breezeways between doors, and pet feces not being disposed of properly are just a few of the constant problems. The property manager is collecting a paycheck and living on premises and couldnt care less. She doesnt even pick up after her own pets. I have actually witnessed this on several occasions. And dont worry if she doesnt like you for any little reason youre given notice with no explanation. This could be a great place to live if there was someone in charge that cared enough instead of just saying to call the police and file a complaint, which we did twice to no avail. Also if you live on the north side of the complex during baseball season your vehicle will most likely get some new body work from the baseballs flying back over into the parking lot. I went to FWB High School but didnt think Id have to continue watching games to ensure my car isnt dented in the morning. Zero stars
