I would not recommend moving here they take to long to do basic repairs to the property , always seems to be water leaks and they then send letters to Tennant's claiming they are using to much water
. The staff are like Jekyll and Hyde nice to begin with but turn when they lock you in to a lease. Security is so lapse they allow people to jump over the fences from the adjacent apartments and claim it has been like that for so many years

This place is ridiculous. First, they WILL drag out your lease renewal to force you into it- AND to wait to see how much you might pay.
Got mine months late. Excuse: so you have "time to move" if you want. What give 2 months notice on a nonwritten agreement. Ha.
Second, they have water issues. In all the buildings. As in broken pipes, clanging pipes, smelly water. And water restrictions AFTER pressure washing the buildings (once a year), where then they have the balls to send everyone notice of "excessive water use". Ha.
Third, there are masses of cockroaches all the time. Even the maintenance guy had a really bad issue where he moved in! And the office - most of them live here but you wouldn't know it by how they treat the tenants.
Here is a clue people: given a choice, run. Run the other way somewhere else. I know there are few good choices in this crappy town. But this one was bad.
