Price quoted on internet was not the same price I was quoted there it was much higher when I got there this is false advertising as far as I'm concerned

It is not a gated community because the gate doesnt work! The pool is closed quite often because of the riff raff, that comes in off of Colonial Blvd! The hot tub is colder than the pool and they play soccer on the tennis courts!

Horrible place to call home. They show you the beautiful model and then put you in a slum apartment.Office staff has a lot to be desired.I would just drive on by!!

It is not a gated community! The gate was not working before I moved in! Many people come and use the hot tub and pool, that do not live here! It has been closed 6 times, since I have been here (only 2 months) because of glass in the pool and other reasons!
