This is the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. I wouldn't let my worst enemy live here. They are overrun with cockroaches and refuse to acknowledge it. We seen bugs the day we moved in! The place is deceiving, it looks very pretty and the staff is oh so nice..and then you move in and you sadly find out what is REALLY going on. The appliances are old, barely work and look like they are at least 12 years old. Maintenance is a joke. They promise to get back with you within 1 business day but unless it is your A/C (which they are required by law to not let you go without!) you can wait weeks...or even months or sadly NOT AT ALL. We had a broken stove and dishwasher for the last 2 years we lived there. We lived there 4 years total. They ignore your calls, you have to call again and again and again..and go into the office and practically beg them to fix things. We had a toilet that ran for a month. The office staff acts annoyed when you walk in with the look of their face of "Oh you want something?" The property manager stands outside and smokes like a chimney all day long, and god help you if you have to deal with witch. We had 4 water leaks in 3 years, it meant them coming in, putting in huge fans that had to run 24/7, tearing up baseboards that they never put back and then saying "sorry you have to deal with it". Dogs everywhere, constantly barking, dog poop everywhere, and scary neighbors. Our apartment building was broken into 3 times in 6 months. I think they let ANYONE live there. They charge $85 a month for your water and yet we moved to another place where it is metered and its only $50??? They rip you off anyway they can. The rent increase is $100 each year....have I convinced you yet? DON'T MOVE THERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY! The only thing the place has going for it is that its close to Publix.

This is going to be long, but worth the read. First, let me preface this by noting that we have lived at Park at Murano for nearly two years, always pay our rent on time and are generally the kind of tenants that smart apartment managers would want to keep around (a quiet, clean, gainfully-employed, financially-stable couple.) The location is great and its a good amount of space for the price...but thats where my positive feedback ends. Dont let all of the signs touting exceptional service fool you, the management here is one of the most disorganized, unresponsive Ive ever encountered (and mind you, I lived in New York City.) On the surface, the units might look nice with their faux granite countertops, but in the last year, Ive lost track of how many items have broken down, leaked or snapped - everything from the fan to the toilets to the dishwasher to the front door lock to a water pipe right outside our apartment. Its been ridiculous and whats worse is their response time. They never answer the office number and despite claiming that they will respond to all maintenance calls within 24 hours, we have literally waited WEEKS to receive any type of response; and weve usually had to follow up with several phone calls and stops to the office to get anyone from maintenance to finally show up. Again, Ive lived in far bigger cities and never experienced anything like this. On top of this, a number of the other tenants at the complex seem kind of sketchy. Pretty sure the neighbors across from us are hoarders; the apartment next to us has had about five different tenants come and go over the last 18 months (the police showed up and poked around the place after one family left.) And their online payment system is the wonkiest, glitchiest thing Ive ever seen. So yeah, this place is a joke. Youve been warned.

I was in believe that all these apartment complex look for when they do a background check was evictions, criminal charges, etc come to find out they only base their decision on credit, so it doesn't matter if you work and don't have any evictions or criminal charges or if you pay your rent on time, they take your 50.00 and look for excellent credit,
