Moved in with my boyfriend and this place is a complete joke. Save your money and find somewhere else. They shut off our water for hours on end every two days this past month, closed down the pool multiple extended times (you still have to pay for it in full even if they dont allow you to use it), never came to fix our closets that all broke from the hinges, do not do anything about complaints.
Horrible place to live look elsewhwere. Bad management , trash all over the place. Maintence 3 weeks for a call then its a half fix. They have no clue on what it takes to run a complex this big. Save your money.
The staff at this facility is very inflexible when it comes to meeting the needs of its tenants. They will not work with residents especially when situations change. They revert back to contract and your are stuck. We moved out our apartment with two months left on our lease. When the final bill was sent they charged us over $300 for water and sewage when we did not use a drop of water because the apartment was empty. There was no empathy from any the staff or corporate office. Its in the contract was the only thing shoved at us. Absolutely makes no sense. In reading other reviews we can attest to the poor conditions of this facility. Low maintenance of the facility, constant issue with roaches and tenants not picking poop after their dogs. Also watch out for the add on fees.
People get trapped here once, and sooner they realize hidden charges in billing, poor quality appliances problems, they wait anxiously for their lease to end and run away without looking behind. I discussed with couple of neighbors and everyone has same concerns, so I realized I am not the only one. They will add $ 150-200 in name of water. One of my neighbor went to other state for a month, they still added $ 180 in water billlol Their reviews say it all.
Rent: Add $ 200-$300 more in your rent bill because thats what you really receive as your bill almost every month. This additional is added in name of water/sewer/trash. Not what the leasing office will tell you. They told me $1260/month with first month free. So, after 1st month, I started receiving bills between $1300 to $1500. 9 out of 11 bills were around $ 1500.
Appliances are of poor quality found out within 1st week washer and dryer problematic. Complained to leasing office 3-4 times, technicians came 2-3 times but could never fix appliances. Washer always took twice to wash and dryer took 4-6 times throughout year. Our electricity bill was very high due to that.
Water Pressure & Draining: Water pressure is very weak in showers. Water does not drain well from bath tubs and sinks.
Valet Trash is drama. They left notice 2-3 times friendly reminder we will charge you $ 25 next time as fine They will give you silly excuses. so we had to take trash throughout year to dumpster in front of leasing office which was very painful every single day while they kept on charging in name of Valet Trash.
Dogs Poop: Dog Owners 9 out of 10 times never pick up their dogs poop. So, you enjoy seeing poop everywhere. So, I was always hesitant to take my daughter around.
Security Deposit: grabbed all security deposit of $ 500 and sent me an addition $ 55 bill.
