I met a wonderful circle of forever-friends at Marina Bay... The maintenance staff can fix most anything, and responded to my needs in a timely and friendly way. Miss Mary always had a smile! I still visit friends there, and I'm amazed that the property is so well maintained--clean and trim! I loved everything about it!I ts a fabulous complex. Staff & office are terrific

I called this community to ask questions about their availability since I needed to move in the next week or so and I let the leasing consultant that answered the phone know that I can be an ASAP move in and to tell me what is available. She went on let me know that she is the only person there went on and stated that she had a unit that someone cancelled and it was $2,340. After I let her know it was a little to high she disconnected the call. When I called back to reach her she was rude and inconsiderate about my needs and then went on to tell me that she did not have the time talk to me, and that she was all alone and went on to and stated that there are other units less in price for later. I let her know it was a little to high for me and that I could be a little flexible had at the end of June maybe mid July and out of no where she disconnects the call again. I called a third time at this point I asked her for her name and the leasing consultant did not want to give me her name and put me a hold for over 5 mins, when she came back I asked again for her name. She spoke in third person and that I can come in and speak to Mel. I asked her what is her name? She stated oh no its Mel(which i think it is not her true name) because in the beginning she kept telling me she was not giving me her name and she was all alone. I do not understand if you were all alone and I'm stating that I'm going to be there in 20-30 mins why would you direct me to another leasing consultant? I would never live here based on how I was treated! I'm a potential applicant interested in leasing there and this leasing consultant made me turn away based on her attitude over the phone. She was rude, disrespectful, and sound that she did not know the product at all. I would say to disregard this location the management team is not professional and the leasing consultant that is there is not worthy of the position she is in. Date: June 10th 2020 9:42am

Although I loved the amenities and the complex was always clean. Many issues with communications and management. They will charge every penny they can. Rude, disorganized, unprofessional. Been trying to solve issue with security deposit for 3 months to say the least and still not in contact with correct person. Not kid friendly or relaxed at amenities.

I've only been here for 3 months and I already want out of my lease. The staff are nice when trying to sell you a lease but the second you sign their attitude changes real quick. Disrespectful and creepy. One of them threatened the women in my group with a "strap" for being too loud at the billiards table even after we closed the doors. Honestly, the noise and dust that coats your car from the highway would be endurable if it weren't for the absolutely disrespectful and creepy staff. Don't move here unless you have literally no other option.
