What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Forest City

Very close to downtown. Very close to the freeway. Only a couple blocks from the bank, the store, restaurants

I like to take a walk with my friends around the community on weekends, and eat at the restaurant next to the community at night

The quiet air if the whole neighborhood. It's very friendly, even people I haven't met yet greet me and each other. It's nice to see and be in.

I like that it takes me no more than 5 minutes to get to Walmart and the gym. There are actually a lot of great eating options in all directions

Something unique about my neighborhood is that It has lots of different restaurants and has a river trail that you can walk
