We moved into Lighthouse in February of 2017, as it was convenient to our jobs and our family.
The community is located very close to stores, restaurants, and schools (except a middle school I think it is zoned for Lake Asbury.)
The community and grounds were well kept, clean, and safe. I work out very early in the morning, and I never felt unsafe walking to my car before the sun was up.
When we moved in the staff was friendly and attentive. When we arrived for an impromptu showing there were no one bedrooms available, but Mrs. Shannon showed us their one-bedroom model and it was almost an exact replica of the unit we moved into; there were no surprises.
We only had one issue during our very last month of living there when we had a serious maintenance issue (this issue happened due to no fault of the complex or us.) The way the staff handled the issue starting with Mrs. Katelyn was phenomenal, they began to work to fix the issue from the day it was discovered.
The maintenance issue did take time to fix, but the staff were always on top of everything and, were very diligent in making sure we were informed of what was happening.
Mrs. Tiffany took over the handling of the issue after Mrs. Katelyn and she was great to work with. She would update us in an email and then if there was any confusion she would follow up with a phone call. She was thorough and detail oriented.
Mrs. Tiffany also handled our move-out and though we were charged upon move out I believe the charges were fair. I was worried due to the horror stories I heard about people moving out of apartment complexes and being charged for things they didnt do. However, this was not the case with Lighthouse. They may be a more expensive complex, but it is well worth the price.
