Staff was always great but the rent went up EVERY YEAR, after 5years I was done.
It's advertised a a gated community but the gates never worked the 5 years I was there. The first year the leasing company charged or a parking space.
Leasing company changed a total of 3 times in the 5 years I was there.
Big apartments at affordable prices. Everything nearby in the area.
I've been here a couple months and like it however they are older apartments so the appliances and baths are not the best. The staff is very nice and willing to help but I think they are short in staff.
These people never return phone calls. Very unprofessional
1.) You can hear EVERYTHING. I live on the first floor and can hear every creak, every step, every door open, every cough, everything happening outside. YOU CAN HEAR IT. No matter what time it is. I usually hear it all day and all night.
2.) You shouldnt live here if you are in your 20s or social. If you want to have any kind of gathering the noise curfew is 6am-10pm EVERY DAY. And they hold you to it. So if you dont have people over or if you dont enjoy using the space to entertain this might be the spot. But...
3.) Roaches. Yeah. From the beginning of our lease to the end of our lease there have been roaches. Ive seen everyone in the family. Big momma, big daddy, babies, teenagers theyve all been here. Why dont you just call the pest control you pay for every month? Oh, I do! They come, they spray and say its going to get worse before it gets better. Were going to spray, when you see them come out, dont kill them. We want them to take the bait back so it will kill the rest of them okay. So I did. And it was fine for a couple weeks there. Then they reappeared. The cycle has continued my entire lease. Ive found dead roaches, live roaches. I havent seen many spiders though so I guess thats good .
4.) The base rent they quote you is good and cheap. So for instance mine was $852 starting out. We had valet trash and pest control added which was an extra $28 a month. Okay, thats usual. We had our first two water bills which were about $20 for the first and $30 for the second. Then we receive a notice that for all one bedrooms (which I live in) there will be a set $60 addition to the monthly rent for water. Okay. No prob I guess.
5.) theres no washer or dryer in the unit or a hookup.. The laundry facility is filthy. People put their dogs feces in
