What Renters Like and Dislike About Fern Park

I like that it is moderately quiet. There are quite a few newer families. My favorite local restaurants are a bit further than i would like but I still enjoy them. I like to go out to eat and just take a nice walk outside.

We have a neighborhood park that leads to a forested area. I grew up with neighborhood kids playing hide and seek and building bridges and forts in those woods.
