Customer service was exceptional. I was attended by Madelin, who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very inviting and one of the nicest communities on Siesta Key. Some work still needs to be done in terms of upgrading the community, one aptm I visited definitely needs some attention, but I fell in love with the next one. They get 2 thumbs up in my book. I hope to be a future redsident, and hope the excellent service continues!

I understand the current situation that's going on right now but I have requested information from them 2 to 3 weeks ago several times and haven't heard anything back our lease is up in 2 months and we need a place to go. I'm pregnant and I can end up living in a motel right now

If I could make a negative start I would this place is HORRIBLE. The maintenance team never fixes the issues you have and gives you the run around every time you put in a request. We have had repeat leaks from the bathroom ceiling, problems with the ac leaking causing mold to grow in the walls near it. The walls are extremely thin you can hear your neighbors all I do mean all hours through the night.
Theres NO PARKING! In the section we live in there are 6 handicap spots and only 2 of them are really needed.
