What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Daytona Beach

Most of my neighbors have been here for decades. The school children walk through the neighborhood to and from school either alone or with their parents. And now the new medical billing company has created a more beautiful atmosphere.

I live along with two cats and mostly spend time at home. I only go out for walks. Usually the streets are quiet and empty. now and then,

It's a safe place .I love walking the walking trail with my family and friends with no worries about anything

small shops are near easy to walk to if needed just not the best area for walking at certain times i'm not sure what else u want me to say

It is away from confusing of a big city. The noise limit is very low and people respect that. Plus streets are very nice to talk walks around.

It does have a few places nearby that we do appreciate going to it has a couple of stores in case we need things and a couple of convenience stores if we need things in a hurry
