I lived here recently in 2017-2018 and was not impressed with the community. For one year and up until I moved in June there was no use of the fitness center. I did my wash some where else machines sometimes did not work. The pools were not cleaned well and shut down several times.the apartment was a nice size and the maintenance guys were very good.the water, trash &sewer bill was very high.Where the car center was which i would not call it a car center the water never worked so you could wash your car.The best thing living in the area was stores were very close.other then that not much to be happy about.If you live here during a hurricane it is a flood area people have lost their cars and first floor apartments were flooded.just for this reason alone I would not recommend living in this area.
Absolutely sucks. Apartment smelled like a ashtray when I moved in. It took me 3 weeks of carpet cleaning to get the smell bearable. CANNOT get maintenance to fix my ac. Ac stays 7-10 degrees hotter than the setting so instead of fixing it they put an old loud window unit in my bedroom....my power for 1 month is over 200.00 (before the window unit) and my apt still stays at 80* all day long. The pool stays closed and green more than it does open and theyve been promising for almost 3 months that the gym will be opening soon ........Dont waste your money unless thats what you like to do.
Laundry room has broken machines. The Grills are rusted out and falling over. The gym has been closed for months. Property is falling apart. The car station is also out of order. 100 a day if your late but the property is not as promised.
The big pool is closed till ? They started to fix it never finished , the work out room is full of junk I've lived here a year and it still closed
I really enjoyed my move-in experience with both Cathy and Nicholle.
I enjoy Tzadik Bay as a current resident as the amenities, onsite laundry, pool, and pier to the Bay is amazing.
Beaches, Boating, Schools, and Shopping is near.
