I moved into here in the beginning of the year. I liked it, with two pools, 24 hour maintenance and a friendly office staff.
I was very happy.

Then, I see that new ownership is coming in, and I cringe.

But I have been VERY pleasantly surprised to see the massive improvements taking place. The ongoing construction of a coffee bar, fitness center and clubhouse, new decor inside and out. And the staff grew but is still friendly, this place is getting better and better.

Needless to say, I just signed my new lease! I plan to be here for quite a while.
