We moved into our apartment in April. It was one of the remodels. They changed our move in date saying apartment was not ready. Move in day got the keys and then was informed the apartment was still being worked in. While moving in the air went out maintenance was working on it and said needed to go get more tools! He never came back I called the office for after hours maintenance and he comes to inform me at 8pm that the air would have to be replaced and did not know when they could get unit. The brand new dishwasher does not work it will not dry the dishes I've been trying to get fixed since first week of move in its now July. There is no parking ever! The apartment has bugs I spray with bug spray and pest control comes. The apartment is full of fruit flies or gnats! They are so bad you can't cook! Bring food in you have to fight them off your food. They are in the entire apartment. And the office staff for the most part are rude and never do what they say. Do not return phone calls an don't answer the phone. They just make excuse after excuse.
Great staff!! I dealt with the property manager in regards to the situation and we have been having ever since we moved in 2015. Maintenance is always prompted when we need them. The community is nice and close to everything which I like and they also just added a new dog park.
For the most part we really love our stay here at the Granite for the past two years. The reason I gave it Good instead of Excellent is due to the fact that when there are maintenance issues it tends to take a while to get fixed. Often times the pool will be shut down for maintenance with a re-open date of Monday, but then will not be able again until that following Thursday or Friday. The hot tub has been closed down for many months now with no sign of it being repaired
The office does not always have the best follow through when dealing with things, or returning phone calls.
Lots of bugs even after pest control came, we (residents) cleaned, and we sprayed. It takes maintenance some time to work on something a light fixture took almost a week to acknowledge. Washing Machine doesn't agitate and maintenance said it works fine, it also reverses water temperatures I.e. Turn to hot for cold water to come. Hot tub has not worked since we moved in, in April.
