Office staff very unprofessional. I was denied because of credit which was fine. However office staff gave me the run around saying theyre going to override my denial. that was from September 26th until now. I told them never mind.They would see me calling and I knew they where there but wouldnt answer the phone. One day I left a messenger that I was coming to get my holding fee. It was no were near time for them to close however they saw me coming and closed the blinds. Then they act as if Im impatient when all she had to do was be truthful.l.

If you call emergency maintenance they never come out. If you call the office no one answer, the only way I have been able to get through to the property manager was to actually call Ram Partners and they were able to connect me. Horrible maintenance team, you will even seem them driving the golf carts in just white tank tops instead of there uniform, highly unprofessional.

Place was nice and big, we were not able to get approved which was understandable, but they still have yet to give up our deposit back yet. Its been over 2 weeks and its excuse after excuse.
